Ticket Verification Policy & Procedure
Tickets
are good on either the ferries or Route 200 buses. Tickets are required before
boarding. Please plan ahead and purchase tickets from our ticket
outlets well in advance of your desired departure. In the event that the
ticket offices are closed, full fare one way tickets may be purchased onboard
(cash only). Passengers holding tickets will be boarded first, passengers
without tickets will be asked to stand aside and will be boarded last and
escorted to the fare station onboard. Please have your ticket out and available
for verification as you approach the ferry or bus.
Ferries and busses are filled to capacity on a first-come, first-served basis for all passengers regardless of their ticketing status. Tickets are nonrefundable, purchasing a ticket does not guarantee a seat.
- In the event of a ferry or bus breakdown, affected passengers will be allowed to proceed to the head of the line for the next ferry or bus.
- Pets allowed in approved carriers, service animals welcome.
- Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a fare paying adult and supervised at all times.
Please remember that fare evasion is a violation of Section 640 of the Penal Code of the State of California. Vallejo Baylink asks that all riders fully cooperate with these procedures.
