Projects & Improvements

We aim to sustain and improve ongoing services while the following projects are underway:

M/V MARE ISLAND Interior Rehabilitation - the long overdue makeover of the MARE ISLAND will begin in March 2007. When completed, the MARE ISLAND will look and feel like a new vessel. All furniture is being replaced along with new flooring, and all finish surfaces will be repaired and given a fresh coat of paint. This work is long overdue, but is now just around the corner. The work is expected to take 3-4 weeks during which time the VALLEJO will be in regular service to replace MARE ISLAND.
