PUBLIC NOTICE (UPDATED June 2, 2010) - Vallejo Station Parking Structure Phase A Construction Project:
(File Number 9866.16.00)
Construction of the new ferry parking structure is scheduled to begin on
June 1, 2010. Improvements along Mare Island Way will also be performed.
The contractor has re-scheduled the installation of the construction fence to
Monday, June 7, 2010 and plans to close the southern half of the parking lot
between Maine Street and Georgia Street by the following day. All vehicles
within the construction site on or after June 8th will be subject to towing.
Parking will be available in the lot located between Georgia Street and Capitol
Street. Parking is also available in the lot “behind” City Hall as well as on
Mare Island Way north of Georgia Street. See attachment for additional
details. We appreciate your patience and understanding during construction and will
diligently work to minimize parking inconveniences and traffic delays during

Metropolitan Transportation Commission Seeks Comment on Clipper Title VI Report:
While transitioning the region’s transit agencies’ paper tickets to the electronic Clipper® fare-payment system, MTC is working to ensure that customers with limited-English proficiency, minorities, and low-income residents who are protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 or Environmental Justice principles are not adversely affected.
